As Practice Administrator it gives me much pleasure to represent NPCG. Our office has grown tremendously in the past two years, despite our many challenges we have grown to be a distinguished and competitive Pain Management clinic in the Chula Vista area serving the Hispanic community. It gives me great satisfaction to be part of patients’ determination and willingness to better their way of living. We at NPCG take pride of our service to the community and I take pride of the wonderful team of people making a difference in our patients’ lives.

I joined NPCG team almost a year ago and brought with me over 23 years of billing expertise in Pain Management. I am the Billing Manager for Dr. Navarro and I work hard to get claims paid. I pride myself on continually training staff on all aspects of insurance new and old, HMO participation and our various contract agreements and responsibilities. All of our staff is brought up to date with all current changes, so that we can best serve our patients with the insurance knowledge they depend on. I look forward to helping you, our patients with any questions you might have.

I am a proud NPCG team member! I have had the pleasure of working multiple positions in our office. I take the most pride on working on behalf of our patients with their insurance companies in order to provide them with needed care. It is my pleasure to be part of the process in helping patients with options for their pain relief for a better quality of life. It is you the patient that allows us to do what we do, and I thank you for that!

I have had the pleasure to be a Medical Assistant for NPCG for the past three years. My responsibilities are to manage patient flow, handling all medication related issues, coordination of providing durable medical equipment to patients and the referrals to radiology and physical therapy. I take much pride in my work and my daily ultimate goal is to provide excellent patient care.
